University Library

The Library at Pacific States University (PSU) supports and enriches the curricula of PSU.  The library maintains a collection devoted to the areas of business, business management, international accounting, business, marketing, investments and finance, real estate management, information technology, and information management as well as a variety of books, journals, newspapers, audiovisual materials, reference materials, theses, dissertations and more.  The library offers the following services to the students and faculty: circulation, copy center, study areas, reference and research services and reserve services.

Library hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday
8:30 am to 4:30 pm Saturday
Closed Sunday

Students can make arrangements to use the library at other hours.

Student Bookstore

All textbooks required for use in the courses offered at PSU can be purchased at the Student Bookstore. The bookstore also sells general student supplies, school emblems, PSU shirts, school rings inscribed with the degree and year of graduation, and other items incidental to school life.

Computer Laboratory

The computer laboratories, located in C, D, and G Buildings, help students write, rewrite, edit, and debug computer programs. Each location is equipped with a variety of computers and printers: fourteen (14) to twenty (20) personal computers; laser printers. The computers are connected to one file server using a network operating system. The software includes business applications, word processing, spreadsheets, programming languages, database management, and tutorials.   

The labs also provide high speed broadband Internet service. Wireless Internet access is also available in certain locations on campus for notebook computer users.

10:00 am to 4:30 pm Friday
Closed Sunday with exceptional notices

The Coordinator of the Computer Laboratory is available to assist students.

ESL Laboratory

The English as a Second Language (ESL) course of study is designed to meet the language needs of international students.   

In the state of the art multimedia computer laboratory, students have an opportunity to practice speaking and listening through various software programs.  Using a headset and a microphone, students can listen, repeat and compare the instructor’s pronunciation with the student’s own pronunciation.   

User-friendly software, such as Pronunciation Power, TOEFL / IELTS Preparation, and Business Conversation, provide many opportunities to master the English language.  CD ROMs are also available for student checkout.

Center for Asia Pacific Studies (CAPS)

CAPS is an international center for training and research related to the Asia Pacific community. Its establishment, a joint project with Kon-Kuk University in Seoul, Korea, benefits the business community and law and policy makers, and furthers the internationalization of higher education.

Plans are under way for CAPS to develop additional faculty and student exchanges between Kon-Kuk University and PSU, including the granting of joint degrees by two institutions.

Cyber Learning Center (CLC)

CLC is a center for managing PSU’s Distance Education (Online) Program.
