Students applying for the non-degree English as a Second Language (ESL) course of study will take a placement test to establish their level of competency: beginning, intermediate, or advanced.

Students seeking non-degree course of study admission must submit the following application requirements:

1. Evidence of completion of high school or equivalent;
2. Completed application (FORM DOWNLOAD). Attach two recent 2"x2" passport size photos;
3. Certificate of Financial Support (FORM DOWNLOAD) with supporting documents;
4. Copy of passport;
5. Application fee for all students (non-refundable): US$100.
6. (Optional) Express Mailing Fee (Non-Refundable): US$100;

• Incomplete or unacceptable documents will delay the admission process.
• All Financial documents must be ORIGINAL documents in English and U.S. dollars. Faxed copies cannot be accepted.
• All documents submitted become the property of Pacific States University. PLEASE MAKE PERSONAL COPIES BEFORE you submit an official COPY of your diploma. Do not send the original document. An official translation of your diploma is required.
