Duties: Collect and analyze data on client demographics and preferences to identify potential markets and factors affecting demand for company services.  Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements to hold competitive edge of the market share.  Participate in brainstorming sessions that identify new marketing opportunities for company.  Forecast and track marketing trends, analyze collected data.  Research and provide social, economic, and political information that might have an effect on the firm and make recommendations to enhance company image based on those findings.  Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.  Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.

Requirements:  Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field , or  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field plus 5  years progressive experience acceptable in lieu of Master's degree.

Position:  Senior Tax Accountant  (full-time/long term)

Duties: Perform as team leader for firm's clients by conducting technical tax review and approval of all tax returns and government tax examinations of any complexity; analyze, interpret and report the application of all technical tax issues to new business concerns; Assume full responsibility for larger tax returns and delegate to subordinate tax preparers as deemed necessary; Demonstrate thorough knowledge and proficiency in advanced technical skills necessary for advising clients; Perform all tasks related to client services and see that assignments are accomplished within budgeted time;  Delegate and manage tax research projects to achieve an accurate and efficient product; Participate actively in client meetings and tax planning efforts to assist the Auditing and Accounting department with larger clients; Maintain familiarity with qualifications of all staff members, and review staff assignments for  appropriateness.
              
Qualification:   Master's degree in Accounting or related.

Position: Controller   (full-time/long term)

Duties: Direct financial activities of accounting department to implement/monitor internal controls to increase operational effectiveness and fiscal accountability.  Direct preparation of reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present and expected operations.  Develop a budgeting and planning process to ensure long term financial and business strategy.  Analyze information and records of company assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability and other financial activities for use in making investment and other operations decisions.  Manage working capital and create cash flow projections to meet the growing business and investment needs of company.  Oversee operations to minimize financial risks and losses that might arise from business operations.  Collect and analyze financial data to provide management with internal reports.
